A baby was rescued by military police and guardianship counselors on Tuesday (7), in Nova Santa Rosa, in western Paraná . The one-year-old and eight-month-old girl was strapped to a mattress, her face covered.
A complaint led the teams to the house in the Berlin neighborhood. The baby, in severe malnutrition, was tied up in a T-shirt. The police located the father in a bar drinking beer. According to him, who tied the girl was the mother.
He reported that he left the house early in the morning after arguing with the woman and did not look at the girl in the room. The mother was found at her workplace in Palotina. Both were forwarded to the Civil Police Station. The Tutelary Council sent the baby for medical attention and should stay with a welcoming family.
