A truck driver died in a serious accident recorded on Tuesday morning (20) on BR-153, near Ponte do Ubá, a stretch that connects the municipalities of Santo Antônio da Platina and Jacarezinho, in the Northern Pioneer region of Paraná.
According to initial reports, the accident mobilized rescue teams from the EPR Litoral Pioneiro concessionaire, as well as the Fire Department. The Federal Highway Police (PRF) was also called to attend to the incident and carry out procedures at the scene.
The circumstances that led to the accident have not yet been released. The relevant authorities are investigating the causes of the rollover, and the victim's identity had not been officially confirmed as of the last update of this report.
