A man was arrested suspected of trying to rape a woman and rape another, in Carambeí, in Campos Gerais do PR, on the night of this Monday (6). According to the Civil Police, the first victim, aged 42, managed to escape because he screamed for help and was heard by his son, who attacked the suspect with a hammer, around 9:40 am.
The other woman, aged 58, was approached at 10 am, about 20 minutes after the first situation. She was threatened with a knife. In addition to being raped, the woman had her cell phone stolen. She was admitted to the Municipal Emergency Room of Carambeí and underwent exams.
The victims reported the situations and the suspect was arrested on the same day. He was arrested for attempted rape, completed rape, bodily harm, aggravated robbery and resistance.
