A 23-year-old woman, who is pregnant, had to be sent this Tuesday (21) to the University Hospital (HU) in Londrina, in northern Paraná, after being assaulted by her own husband. She had injuries all over her body, including her eye, which was lacerated.
According to the Military Police (PM), the young woman had her foot cut and a bruise on her skull, but the health of the child, who is already 12 weeks old, was not affected. According to the victim's report to the police, banal fights motivated the aggression, which would not be the first recorded.
Still according to the PM, the victim filed another police report last year. But the previous case has not yet had the seriousness determined. The aggressor, who would be a drug user, was not found and is sought by the police, who are patrolling the North Zone of the municipality.
