On the morning of this Saturday (07), around 6:40 am, the Military Police of São Jerônimo da Serra was called by COPOM to attend the local hospital, where a 37-year-old man had been admitted with injuries caused by gunshots.
According to information from the doctor on duty, the victim had four wounds, but his health condition was stable. The man told the police that he was surprised on the street and shot, managing to escape to a wooded area before asking for help around 5:30 am.
After receiving initial care at the hospital in São Jerônimo da Serra, he was transferred by SAMU to the hospital in Cornélio Procópio, where he will undergo more detailed medical procedures.
The victim did not want to identify the shooter, although he said he knew who was responsible for the attack.
