A man was arrested red-handed by the Municipal Guard for domestic violence in Cascavel, in western Paraná. He threatened to set the victim on fire with an insecticide and a lighter. The case took place on Wednesday (1°).
According to Pedro Fernandes de Oliveira, Cascavel's security secretary, the call was made by telephone 153 and the nearest vehicle went to the victim's house in the North region of Cascavel.
When guards arrived, the woman managed to get out, and the 39-year-old suspect was arrested red-handed. “ In this specific situation, he was using, he wanted to use a flammable device to set fire to it, a spray, similar, that insecticide. It is worth remembering that all of them are flammable, and he would do that, according to her, right ”, detailed Pedro.
The man was taken to the Cascavel Civil Police Station and a protective measure was requested against him. The information is that the man did not accept the end of the relationship. The victim is doing well and had no injuries.
