Clayton Ribeiro da Silva, 49, was shot dead in Sertanópolis this Friday afternoon (07). Cleitinho, as he was known, ran two nightclubs in the region. The police stated that people from the public saw two men on a motorcycle and, when the white car left the club, the man who was on the back got out and shot the driver of the car several times.
According to the PM, two police officers from São Paulo saw all the action and followed those involved. There was an armed confrontation, no one was injured and they managed to flee to a forested area between Sertanópolis and Bela Vista do Paraíso.
Police are investigating the motive for the crime.
