A 49-year-old man was arrested for shooting three people to death on Saturday afternoon, the 22nd, in the district of Luar, in São João do Ivaí, Paraná. According to police, the man broke into a property and killed a couple.
Neighbors heard the shots and called an ambulance. One of the rescuers was also killed. A second rescuer managed to take shelter in the ambulance.
According to information from the Civil Police, the man is accused of three homicides and one attempted murder. He presented himself at the police station this Sunday morning accompanied by a lawyer.
The police also informed that they are investigating the case and "taking steps to clarify the fact and determine the motivation".
