An 81-year-old man was arrested last Saturday (12/3), after assaulting his wife, aged 80, in the municipality of Castanheira, 800 km from Cuiabá (MT). According to investigations, the elderly man even threw the stove out of the house, as well as the woman's clothes.
In the incident report, the victim reports that she did not cook lunch for her husband and, therefore, was slapped in the face. The woman also claims in her testimony that her partner keeps her locked inside the house constantly.
