A 28-year-old driver died after colliding with a tree early this Sunday (3) on PR-151 in Carlópolis (Norte Pioneiro).
According to PRE (State Highway Police), the accident occurred around 1 am, at km 42 of the highway. He was driving a Fiat Strada with a license plate for Ribeirão Claro (Norte Pioneiro), in the direction of Carlópolis to Ribeirão Claro and crashed into a tree on the left side of the road.
The boy, who was alone in the vehicle, was rescued with serious injuries at the hospital in Carlópolis, but he could not resist the injuries and died. His name was not disclosed.
