CORNELIO PROCOPIO: QUALIFIED THEFT

At 11:33 a.m., a qualified theft was reported at a residence located on Rua Dos Bandeirantes. The victim (24 years old) reported that he had been away and that upon arriving home he noticed that a notebook, a TV and a bicycle had been stolen. In view of the above, a police report was filed.

SANTA MARIANA: QUALIFIED THEFT

At 8:53 a.m., the on-duty police team was informed by an off-duty military police officer that he had observed an individual acting suspiciously at the site of the industrial park, and that the individual was seen observing the street lights installed by the city government. In view of this, the team went to the park, where they found that some street lights had been stolen. In possession of the license plate of the vehicle that was seen with the suspect and that had been noted down by the police officer who filed the complaint, they managed to get to his residence. At the address, the wife of the car owner allowed the police officers to enter, who were able to locate some street lights and solar panels. In view of this, the reported individual was taken to the Civil Police Station for qualified theft.

SAINT SEBASTIAN OF MULBERRY: THREAT

At 11:10 p.m., the PM team was called to Rua Minas Gerais, where the complainant reported that she was verbally assaulted by her husband, who is a drug user and, in addition to selling household objects and food to acquire drugs, also uses them inside the house, even with minor children. In view of this, the complainant was advised and expressed an interest in criminal representation against the complainant, who was referred to the appropriate procedures.
