ANDIRÁ: DRUG TRAFFICKING
On Thursday morning, the police team received information that four men were in a VW Gol vehicle and that they were handling cocaine. Shortly after, upon entering Paraná Street, the team successfully located the vehicle parked in front of a bar and the four men sitting on the sidewalk. They immediately acted suspiciously and were approached. A portion of cocaine was found on one of them, and then two more portions of the same substance were found in the back seat of the vehicle. At that moment, they were asked which of them was responsible for the vehicle, at which point the brother of the man with the drugs spoke up and then tried to flee. The team then tried to restrain him, however, the other individuals acted and managed to escape in different directions. Only the individual carrying the drugs was apprehended and subsequently taken to the Civil Police Station. It should be noted that three cell phones, four portions of marijuana, and 100 reais in cash were seized at the end of the personal and vehicle search.
ANDIRÁ: AGGRAVATED THEFT
At 8:30 PM, the police team was called to General Osório Street, where the complainant reported that she had been away from her house and upon returning found it broken into. She then noticed that several items were missing, including clothes, perfumes, cosmetics, and women's shoes, but she could not specify the quantity. Therefore, she was advised to prepare a list of the stolen items to supplement the police report later.
NOVA FÁTIMA: BODILY INJURY AGAINST A WOMAN - FEMALE GENDER CONDITION
On Thursday night, the police team was called to Rua Labib Chaek, where, according to an anonymous report, a couple was arguing. At the scene, the resident reported that they had spent the day out and that upon returning home, her husband, who had been drinking alcohol all day and had also used marijuana, began assaulting her for a trivial reason and threatened her with a knife, then left the house with their four-year-old son. Given the circumstances, the victim, who presented with injuries to her right forearm and head, was taken to the hospital for a medical examination to document the bodily injury and was also informed about the protection mechanisms of the Maria da Penha Law (domestic violence law).
