BANDEIRANTES – AGGRAVATED THEFT

Following a call to 190, the Military Police team went to the Cecília Meireles State School. Upon arrival, the principal reported that she noticed several items scattered around the schoolyard and a power outage. After a search of the school premises, the officers found that approximately 60 meters of electrical wire had been stolen, and a door where some materials were stored had been forced open. She was unable to list the stolen items, as the school is shared with another institution and she would later check with the responsible party. Given the facts, the principal was advised on the appropriate procedures.

CORNELIUS PROCOPIUS – THEFT OF COMMON PROPERTY

The Military Police team was called to respond to a theft. At the scene, they contacted the 32-year-old victim, who reported that she lives at her mother's house with her brother and that today, around 2 PM, she left a piece of beef weighing approximately 1 kg in the freezer. Around 3 PM, her brother stole the meat to sell and buy drugs. At the scene, the team approached the 26-year-old perpetrator, who confirmed the victim's version, adding that he sold the meat to a stranger passing by on the street and later used the money to buy drugs. Given the facts, the police team conducted a personal search of the perpetrator, finding nothing illegal. He was subsequently arrested and taken to the Civil Police Station.

BANDEIRANTES – EXECUTION OF ARREST WARRANT

The Military Police team patrolling Vila São Pedro saw a red VW/Gol vehicle stop at a corner, and a male got out of the vehicle and quickly walked along the sidewalk. The team immediately ordered him to stop, as they were aware that there was an arrest warrant against the male. A personal search revealed nothing illegal; he was arrested and taken to the Bandeirantes Public Jail.
