ANDIRÁ: FRAUD

At 12:24 pm the PM team was called to Rua Vereador Dartagnan Mussi, where the 42-year-old complainant reported that on a previous date she had advertised on her social network the sale of her Honda BIZ motorcycle for the amount of 11,000.00 (eleven thousand reais) and that on this date (6) a 28-year-old man contacted her saying he had purchased the motorcycle online. According to the report, she negotiated the purchase of the vehicle with an individual identified as MARCELO DE OLIVEIRA, through the whatsapp application, using the number (14) 99864-3887, and that she made a deposit in the amount of R$ 3,000.00, into a bank account for Alexandre Godoi Farias, indicated by Marcelo de Oliveira. She also reported that, after making the deposit, she had no further contact with the individual. The complainant, in turn, clarified that she does not know Marcelo de Oliveira, did not receive any money related to the transaction, and that the 28-year-old man may possibly have been a victim of fraud. Given the facts, the parties were duly advised, and this police report was filed for appropriate action.

SÃO SEBASTIÃO DA AMOREIRA: SIMPLE THEFT

At 9:30 AM, a 64-year-old woman appeared at the police station reporting that in the early morning of January 5th to 6th, a power transformer was stolen from her property located near the Aviação District, which belongs to the rural area of the municipality of Santo Antônio do Paraíso. She stated that she had no suspicion as to who might have been responsible. Therefore, a police report was filed for the appropriate procedures.

SÃO SEBASTIÃO DA AMOREIRA: BODILY INJURY

At 10:48 AM, the police team was called to the municipal hospital, where a 40-year-old man, currently in a situation of social vulnerability (homeless), was being treated. The patient reported that on the night of the 5th he was assaulted with a piece of wood, but could not identify the perpetrator. Contact was made with the on-duty doctor, who noted that the victim had a fracture in his left arm, as well as a cut of approximately two centimeters with bleeding, which may have been caused by a sharp object (bladed weapon). According to the doctor, the victim would be transferred to the hospital in Cornélio Procópio because he complained of rib pain.
