ANDIRÁ: AGGRAVATED THEFT

At 12:23 PM, a 20-year-old man approached the Military Police reporting that, approximately one hour prior to his visit, his black HONDA/CB 300R (ECX9G24) motorcycle, which was parked in front of his grandmother's house on Rua Bandeirantes, had been stolen. The police team filed a report to document the incident and generate a theft alert, and the victim was duly informed about the situation.

ASSAÍ: EXECUTION OF ARREST WARRANT

At 11:56 AM, the police team was informed by an off-duty police officer that a 45-year-old male was at the courthouse against whom there was an outstanding arrest warrant. Therefore, the team went to the address, Rua Bolívia, where the reported individual was approached and then taken for the appropriate procedures.

At 12:31 PM, the police team was called to Rua Dois, in Vila São Pedro, where the caller reported that her 59-year-old neighbor had jumped over the wall of her residence asking for help. Upon contacting the neighbor, he stated that a young woman accompanied by a man had entered his yard and started throwing stones at his house, attempting to assault him. Therefore, he jumped over the wall of his neighbor's residence to protect himself and ask for help. After returning to his house, he noticed that a Honda CG 150 Titan motorcycle, black in color, had been stolen from his yard. After several searches in the vicinity, it was not possible to find the motorcycle or the woman reported. Outside the residence, there was a large quantity of broken ceramic tiles as well as rubble. Subsequently, still conducting investigations to clarify the facts, the police team passed by the address of the theft, where they were able to see the teenager mentioned as the perpetrator of the theft and also that the stolen motorcycle was in the yard.
