ANDIRÁ: BODILY INJURY

On Saturday night, the police team was dispatched by the Communications Center to respond to a report of threats within a family setting on Tupi Street. At the scene, the victim reported that her son had been behaving aggressively, grabbing her by the neck and punching her in the face, causing visible injuries. Inside the property, the perpetrator was apprehended and subjected to a personal search, during which no illicit items were found. Given the victim's expressed desire to press charges, the perpetrator was placed under arrest. He then became increasingly agitated and offered passive resistance, refusing to be handcuffed. Due to his resistance and the well-founded fear of escape, it was necessary to use proportional force to restrain him and proceed with handcuffing, in accordance with Binding Precedent No. 11 of the Supreme Federal Court. Both the perpetrator and the victim were taken to the police station to register the incident, then to the emergency room for medical examinations to document injuries, and finally to the police station for assessment by the competent authority. It should be noted that, throughout the entire time, the perpetrator maintained aggressive behavior, shouting and kicking the prisoner compartment of the police vehicle, causing damage to public property. It is also noted that the perpetrator had pre-existing bodily injuries resulting from previous assaults, as per a prior police report. During the journey to the police station, the perpetrator repeatedly threatened the police officers and the victim herself.

They then saw a man attempting to strangle a woman, at which point the officers entered the house and verbally instructed him to stop the aggression. The woman then began to assault the man, stopping only after repeated verbal commands from the officers. In addition, the man hurled various insults and threats at the police officers, saying, among other things, that he would accuse them of assaulting him in order to harm the police team. He was the
