CORNÉLIO PROCÓPIO – AGGRAVATED THEFT

The Military Police team was called to respond to a theft. At the scene, the victim reported that upon reviewing security camera footage, they saw a man jumping over the wall of the residence and stealing an aluminum ladder from inside the property. According to the images, the perpetrator was wearing a sweatshirt and shorts and was riding a Honda Biz motorcycle. However, due to the low quality of the images, it was not possible to identify the perpetrator or his characteristics. A search was conducted, but he was not located. The victim was advised on the appropriate procedures.

SÃO SEBASTIÃO DA AMOREIRA – BODILY INJURY AGAINST WOMEN – DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE

A 25-year-old victim appeared at the Military Police Detachment reporting that she had been assaulted by her partner, who used a broom handle to attack her, and that the perpetrator was at his grandmother's house. Based on the facts, the team went to the address where they were received by the perpetrator's grandmother. Upon noticing the police presence, the perpetrator, who was in the garage, fled but was apprehended and restrained. After being questioned about the events described, he stated that during an argument with his partner he assaulted her with a broom handle. The 17-year-old perpetrator was apprehended and taken to the Civil Police Station. The child welfare council was contacted and monitored the case.
