On the afternoon of Friday the 2nd, the Military Police team was called to attend to a domestic violence incident on Akira Furukawa Street, in the municipality of Assaí.
At the scene, the complainant reported that her two sons had started an argument, motivated by the fact that one of them was a drug user and used narcotics inside the residence. According to the mother, the perpetrator began to threaten her, in addition to pushing her and squeezing her arm.
The other son, who was also a victim, informed the police team that he was threatened with death by his brother, who was carrying a knife. According to the report, when he tried to protect himself and lock himself in one of the rooms, the perpetrator allegedly used an iron bar to damage the door's structure.
During the investigation, both victims reported that the perpetrator possessed weapons at his residence. Upon searching the premises, police located and seized an air rifle, a shotgun, four .357 caliber rounds, and one .38 caliber round.
Due to his extremely aggressive behavior and incoherent speech, it was necessary to use handcuffs to restrain the perpetrator, ensuring the safety of everyone involved.
Subsequently, the parties were taken to the hospital for the preparation of a medical report on bodily injury and, later, to the Civil Police Station, where the incident was reported for appropriate legal action.
