The mayor of the municipality of Ortigueira, Ary de Oliveira Mattos, was involved in a traffic accident on the BR-376 highway early in the evening of this Wednesday (7). He was driving a Mitsubishi L200 pickup truck that had its front end completely destroyed after the collision. The Federal Highway Police (PRF) responded to the incident, but has not yet released details about the case.
