A frontal collision between a car and a tow truck killed a driver on BR-369 in Santa Mariana (Norte Pioneiro) on Sunday night (19).
According to the PRF (Federal Highway Police), the accident occurred around 10:40 pm, at km 71 of the highway. The collision involved a flatbed truck and a Volkswagen Gol. The winch was heading towards Bandeirantes to Santa Mariana, and the car was heading in the opposite direction. The Gol driver was imprisoned in the hardware and died on the spot.
There was the attendance of the Civil Police of Santa Mariana, the expertise and the IML (Medical-Legal Institute) of Jacarezinho (Norte Pioneiro).
The PRF is investigating the circumstances and will issue a traffic accident report.
