State deputy Ricardo Arruda (PL-PR) is being accused by the Public Ministry of Paraná of coordinating a criminal organization from within the cabinet in the state Legislative Assembly (Alep).

The MP claims that the deputy and members of his team offered benefits to the public administration in exchange for bribes. Among the crimes listed by the MP are influence peddling and embezzlement. The complaint that RIC Mais had access states that the deputy acted as the group's "intellectual author".

The politician's defense denies that Ricardo Arruda has any involvement with illicit acts and claims that his name was used illegally by advisors, who have already been dismissed from the cabinet.
