A motorcyclist died early this Friday afternoon (13), after being involved in a serious accident at km 39 of BR-153, in Santo Antônio da Platina/PR. Gerais bound for Rio Grande do Sul, the motorcyclist suddenly invaded the opposite lane and a head-on collision was inevitable.
With the impact of the crash, the motorcycle was destroyed and the driver trapped in the trailer cabin structure. The shocking scene caused commotion in those passing by, and images of the tragedy soon reverberated through messaging apps.
The victim was identified by his stepfather, who arrived at the scene shortly after the accident, as Lucas da Silva Oliveira, 26 years old, from Santo Antônio da Platina. The motorcyclist's body was collected from the Instituto Médico-Legal in Jacarezinho. Civil Police investigate the causes of the accident.
