At approximately 5:43 PM, the Military Police were called after a woman reported being threatened by her ex-partner on the premises of the municipal hospital.
According to the victim, the man, against whom there is an emergency protective order in effect, allegedly made death threats motivated by jealousy, in addition to intimidating employees of the health unit, causing embarrassment and fear at the location.
After being alerted, the police team patrolled the areas where the suspect might be, but he has not been located so far.
During the police response, the woman reported that, despite the restraining order, she had been living with her ex-partner for the past few months, but that the situation had recently worsened, culminating in the threats.
The victim was properly informed about the legal procedures, and the police report was prepared and forwarded to the competent authorities for appropriate action.
