A very serious accident was recorded on the morning of this Sunday (22/05), around 9:50 am in Curiúva, in the Campos Gerais region.
The accident was registered on the PR-090 highway, in the Alecrim district, involving a Fiat/Palio EDX vehicle, with plates from Ventania-PR, where the grandfather (driver) and three passengers were, including a six-year-old child (grandson). , a passenger (daughter) and a passenger (son-in-law).
Of the four victims, two had serious injuries, and the child with an exposed fracture was taken to Ponta Grossa by the municipal hospital ambulance. As for the driver (Grandfather), it was necessary to activate the SAMU air transport, which was transferred in serious condition to Campo Largo-PR.
According to information obtained by Portal Curiúva , the driver lost control of the vehicle when passing the bump, right on the curve of PR-090, inside the Alecrim district, where he ended up leaving the road, invaded the opposite lane and only ended up when colliding hard against a tree. The driver would be at high speed. Two ambulances from the hospital in Curiúva went to the scene and performed first aid to the victims. The PRE was also on site preparing the traffic report.
