The drivers and passengers of three vehicles were hospitalized after an accident on the PR 424 highway, between Siqueira Campos and Salto de Itararé, on Sunday night (7).
According to information gathered by PRE (State Highway Police) at the scene of the events, a Toyota Hilux with a driver and a passenger was traveling from Siqueira Campos to Salto de Itararé when, at km 26, it collided with the side of an HB 20 with a driver in the driving and three passengers, aged 37, 10 and 1 year old, who were coming in the opposite direction. Then, the Hilux collided frontally against a Gol driven by a 31-year-old man, with two passengers aged 22 and 3 years.
The venue is single track, level and straight, with separating lines. All drivers and passengers were taken to the Emergency Room in Siqueira Campos, without detailing their injuries. Due to the hospitalization, the breathalyzer test was not performed on the drivers.
