Four state deputies from Paraná had their mandates revoked this Monday afternoon (4).

The Regional Electoral Court of Paraná (TRE-PR) upheld the AIME (Elective Mandate Challenge Action), regarding the coalition slate Endireta Paraná involving the former PSL/Patriota/PTC, for alleged fraud or irregularity regarding the gender quota (women) of one of the coalition parties in the 2018 election.
According to the decision, deputies Luiz Fernando Guerra, Ricardo Arruda, Delegado Fernando and Coronel Lee, all from the former PSL, lose their mandates.

The decision can be appealed to the TSE Superior Electoral Court.
Deputy Coronel Lee's Legal Advice is already taking the appropriate measures regarding the fact, as it understands the absence of any fraud or irregularity in the electoral process of registration of the slate.
