A terrible tragedy shook the tranquility of Congonhinhas in the early hours of this Tuesday, when the police were called to respond to a psychotic episode on Rua Aureo Nogueira. At the scene, the team found a 52-year-old man being restrained by members of the public, who accused him of being the perpetrator of the brutal murder of his own parents, both 79 years old.
