A newborn baby was abandoned next to a construction site in Campo Mourão, in the center-west of Paraná, late Tuesday afternoon (20). The child was inside a bag, wrapped in a sheet, and was found by a bricklayer who was working at the site. The baby, who still had the umbilical cord, was then taken to the city's Santa Casa hospital, where he underwent tests that confirmed his good health.
